Our Commitment to Community
Empowering lives through service
Welcome to the PHGC OES State of Washington and Jurisdiction Foundation — where service, compassion, and community come together.
Founded in December 2020, our foundation exists to uplift and empower individuals and families through charitable, educational, scientific, and spiritual initiatives. As a nonprofit rooted in service, we are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most.
From supporting learning and personal growth to offering encouragement and care, everything we do is driven by a deep commitment to building a stronger, more connected community.
Thank you for being part of our journey and vision for a brighter future.

Join Our Weekly Prayer Line!
Looking for a moment of peace, hope, or encouragement during your week? You're warmly invited to our Weekly Prayer Line — a welcoming, non-denominational space open to everyone, no matter your background or beliefs. Each week, we come together over the phone to lift up our hearts in prayer — for ourselves, our loved ones, and our communities. Whether you’d like someone to pray with you, for you, or you simply want to listen and feel supported, you’re welcome here. It’s an awesome way to stay connected, find encouragement, and share strength with others through the power of prayer. No pressure, just presence.
All are welcome!
